Waterstone Park Residents Association
WPRA was formed to ensure all members of our community have a voice. Following the purchase of our Waterstone Park home, we found we all shared and was suffering the same bad treatment from the developers, Countryside Properties Limited.

Individually we were not being heard, but since forming the WPRA we have been able to have our say. With more members joining we have empowered ourselves in our aim to approach the government to bring about changes to protect us and future purchasers from unscrupulous builders.

We have been in constant communication with Dr Howard Stoate of the Labour Party, MP for Dartford, and sent letters to The Prime Minister Tony Blair.

With over 3 years experience suffering at the hands of the builders of Countryside Properties

(London and Thames Gateway) we at WPRA have formed our own quality control team.
Having spent years trying to resolve build issues, we are now able to carry out detailed snagging to properties.

Are We Protected?
Our concern that the bodies (NHBC) that were put in place to protect us, simply were not working in our favour.
